At Bolt Cricket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cricket gear. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period.

2. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

       The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

       All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

       You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

       Trying on cricket gloves or pads for fit is acceptable — but any signs of outdoor use, net practice, or match play will void return eligibility.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to start your return:

1.    Step 1: Contact our team at info@boltcricket.com with your order number, item details, and reason for the return.

2.    Step 2: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

3.    Step 3: Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.

4.    Step 4: Ship the item using the provided label. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Bolt Cricket covers all return shipping costs.

Change of mind or sizing issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid label can be provided for convenience, with the shipping fee deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@boltcricket.com. Include:

       Your order number

       A clear description of the issue

       Photos showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We offer two exchange options:

       Direct Exchange: Email us at info@boltcricket.com with the item you’d like instead. If the replacement is in stock and at the same price point, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your return. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

       Return & Repurchase: If you prefer, return your item for a full refund and place a new order separately.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from our return policy:

       Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom-engraved bats, personalized kits)

       Perishable goods (e.g., grip powders, food items)

       Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., sweatbands, mouthguards once opened)

       Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or aerosols

       Gift cards and vouchers

       Items purchased on sale or during clearance promotions (store credit may be available — contact us to discuss)

 

8. Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased at a discounted price are generally final sale. However, we understand that fit matters — especially for cricket equipment. If you need to exchange a sale item for a different size, please contact us at info@boltcricket.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you with a store credit or size exchange.

The standard return conditions apply: items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

A: No. Items must be unused and in original condition. Trying equipment on for fit indoors is acceptable, but any signs of use in nets or matches will void eligibility.
